Good value but it is basic so public areas a little tired , bathroom new and modern, room more than adequate and good value for an overnight stay

Excellent location, near Shepherd’s Bush tube station, buses, Westfield shopping center and restaurants, where you can eat cheaply (and go shopping) well into the evening. The tube will get you quickly to most parts of central London, and buses will take you to surrounding areas, often through nice-looking sections of London. Good breakfast, with the nice assortment, buffet style, with a good variety of foods. Bathroom feels new and clean. Wifi fine. TV fine. Refrigerator in room convenient, as was the hairdryer.

The bedroom was small, but had everything it promises, not the best I have seen in the same area, but not bad, certainly a solution for a short stay of a few nights. Reception all very helpful and pleasant. The corridors were repainted while I was there – hopefully they will do something to improve the fitted carpeting in the bedroom?!

Had a great few days here. The room was small, but it was fine for what I paid and I spent so little time in the room it didn’t matter. Newly renovated everything was nice and new. Breakfast was a really pleasant surprise – I expected just cereal and toast but there was even cooked eggs, baked beans etc. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel only minutes walk away from the famous Westfield Shopping centre. Very friendly staff and clean big place to have breakfast!

Hotel is fairly clean. Internet is very fast. Location is very convenient.
I booked a single room, on my request the staff arranged a quite larger back room for me on my arrival, I am very pleased. The location is with 5-8 minutes walking distance to two tube stations, and also close to a few shopping areas. The room has a fridge, which is very convenient. The hotel is quite, and fairly clean. The cleaner lady is very professional. The flat TV is very sharp. Internet is speedy. Bathroom is large, and the shower was very power. The only down side thing is the breakfast was not included. I would highly recommend this hotel to others, and definitely considering about coming back again.
